Cancellation Policy

  • There is no cash refund for online sessions (which include workshops and private sessions).

  • If you are unable to attend a session, you must contact me in writing via the form below more than 24 hours before the session start time in order to receive a makeup. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session begins, you may receive a makeup credit of 50% toward another session of equal value.

  • Makeup sessions can only be applied toward another workshop of equal value and cannot be applied toward artwork or private lessons.

  • Makeup sessions must be used within a 3-month time limit from the start date of the session you signed up for originally. No exceptions.

  • Makeup sessions are available only to the student who signed up for the session and are not transferable.

  • All artwork, techniques and class materials are copyrighted. No video or recording is allowed during my sessions.
